Job Description

Telecallers may be required to meet certain performance goals, such as a certain number of calls handled per hour, or a certain percentage of sales made. Telle caller should maintain proper communication skills with customer. Tellecallers have to achieve their goals and target which are assign to them Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and courteous manner. Telecallers should be able to answer customer questions and provide information about products, services, and company policies. They should also be able to assist customers with problems or issues they may be experiencing. Telecallers should be able to listen to and understand customer complaints and work to resolve any issues in a satisfactory manner.

Skills

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Comfort with using computers and inputting data quickly and accurately
