Normal Skin–Normal Skin is a healthy skin euthermic. Normal skin is not too oily, not too dry. Normal skin has no imperfections.  Normal skin is not sensitive and has barely visible pores and radiant complexion.

Oily skin-Oily skin produces an excess of sebum . (Sebum is an oily, waxy substance produced by your body sebaceous glands) this sebum that causes the skin to appear shiny and feel greasy in t –zones i.e.  Nose forehead and chin. Oily skin has a porous, humid and bright appearance. it is caused by excessive fat production by sebaceous glands, and usually determined by genetic and/or hormonal causes.

DRY SKIN Dry skin makes the skin look and feel rough, itchy, flaky or scaly. Dry skin, also known as xerosis or xeroderma, has many causes, including cold or dry weather, sun damage, harsh soaps, and over bathing. Your skin can crack, peel or become itchy, irritated, or inflamed. If it is very dry, it can become rough and scaly, especially on the backs of your hands, arms and legs.

Dry skin signs and symptoms may vary depending on different factors such as age, health status or their cause. It is generally characterized by a feeling of tightness and roughness. It may also acquire an ashy gray color, with occurrence of desquamation, itching, redness and small cracks.

Sensitive skin Sensitive skin is a skin which has local reactions to chemicals dyes and fragrances present in products that come in contact with their skin .If your skin is sensitive try to find out triggers that you can avoid them. Sensitive skin shows redness, itching, burning, and dryness. Sensitive skin may also be symptoms of an underlying condition.

Combination Skin Combination Skin is simply having oily skin in some areas of your face   and dry skin in other areas typically there’s a mix of oily and dry areas on different parts of your face with the t zone (forehead, nose, and chin) being slightly dry to very oily .Whether you have oily areas only around the nose and center of the forehead and dry areas over the cheeks, jaw area and along the hairline.

All skin types need exfoliation for a healthy glowing look.
