WHAT CAUSES ACNE?
Acne is develop because too much oil in the skin, bacteria in the skin and inflammation and hormonal changes.
TYPES OF ACNE
Blackheads occur when a pore is clogged by a combination of sebum and dead skin cells. The top of the pore stays open, despite the rest of it being clogged. This results in the characteristic black color seen on the surface.
Whiteheads can also form when a pore gets clogged by sebum and dead skin cells. Whiteheads have a layer of skin covering the pore, leading to white or skin colored bumps. Whiteheads and blackheads can be categorized as a mild form of acne.
Papules is more inflamed compared to lackheads and whiteheads. These are red bumps on your skin caused when the walls of the follicles are ruptured, allowing bacterial penetration deep into your skin.
Pimples containing pus. They look like whiteheads surrounded by the red rings. They can cause scarring if pricked or scratched. These are more painful and are harder to cover up with make up .
Nodules are painfull version of papules, where they start deep within the skin. White papules and pustules are on the skin, nodules have deeper root in the skin. They are harder to feel and more painful touch.
The pus filled cousin of nodules can be categorized as severe acne. They are softer to touch because of the pus but are equally painful they are formed the same.
